You Installing Windows from the Flash Drive to the laptop?
If this is the case, and the you have a proper version of windows created for USB Flash Drive, there should be no problem.
Always install an operating system in the first partition unless you are using a 'Dual Boot' system' for more that One operating system.
If your computer shows 2 partitions in the format of:- Drive 0-0 and Drive 0-1, then you install to '0'.
If you are shown 'Drive1 and Drive 2' and so on, you choose '1'.
If you have more than 2 drives fitted, its always the first one, providing it's been fitted correctly on the outset.
If there are logical drives within each unit, you always choose the first partition of the first drive.
