mtln 3g card recharge ?

i have purchased MTNL 3G card in Mumbai for my IPAD, i have 2 questions, a) once we have cut the mtnl card, inserted, how do we activate the ipad for 3G? b) How do we recharge the Prepaid card from Ipad as I understand that MTNL cards are recharged from mobile phones.

yes, sim can be cut, and for rechage, you can use some local dealer or some online recharge service.
