HELP How do i remove write-protected off my memory card?

My camara got stolen and i recently got it back.
I checked out my files on my memory card, turns out my memory card happens to be write-protected.
I cannot copy files or change anything.
Also, it had this Hot Fix installer on it with a bunch of files that i ended up getting rid of from a different list of steps.
3 methods i used and they all havent worked to remove the write protection..

Btw my memory card is a Transcend 8gb Memory Card SdHC Class 6.
