I would like to ask how to remove Autorun.inf and Rahul's Virus Protect.vbe from my Laptop Notebook Computer ?

I have acer aspire 4732Z notebook laptop. I have installed Symantec Antivirus with monthly definition update. Besides this there is USB Disk Security Programme installed in the system. The former shows no virus infection after full scan at all. But the later shows two risks as Autorun.inf and Rahul's Virus Protect.vbe. I couldn't remove them after long attempt in DOS Mode and Attrib command. Please help me by sending the exact solution.
