Acces To Contol Panel is Restricted. ?

hello friend,i have got ghost-virus, khatra-virus, xplorer-virus in my pc.and in my pc control pannel was disabled,i cannot acces control panel.how i can remove this viruses and how i can enabled my control panel.please a reply

kalyan2010 		Download malwares bytes software tool and run full scan after that your able to access control panel then install any antivirus run full scan with latest updates.
