this is a network worm diffrent names from diffrent antivirus vendors conficker/Kido/Downadup
Conficker-->symantec
kido-->kaspersky
Downadup-->Eset

use kidokiller removal tool from kaspersky below given
Kidokillertool-------> http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/utility

before using the tool follow below steps
1.Update your operating system with up to date and check antivirus software is also updated with complete scan.
2.Remove your computer from internet and network if pc is in network.
3.Turn off your system restore(Roght click on Mycomputer-->properties-->system restore-->check Turn off system restore of all the drives) temporarly.
--Because there is a chance to restore after deletion.
4.Run GMER.ece tool from www.gmer.net
5.Run kido killer tool as mentioned above and again run computer complete scan with complete updates.
6.add your pc in network
7.enable system restore.
definetly its remove, if you follw these steps .
