I cannot access a particular folder on windows 7 ?

When ever I try to access a folder in windows, I cannot access the folder contents and see the access denied error every time I try to access it, please help me.

It happens due to lack of permissions to modify or view the folder contents, some of the folders you cannot access include documents, pictures of some other users - it could be some time windows system folders.

But still you can access the access denied folder in windows using a free program called Drop Permission
