how to use network when it will unaccesss by admin for particular ones?

hyy can you please help meeeee..............


hy have a two laptops and problem is that when am using internet(by wireless network) in our institute then laptop1 will connect but on laptop2 internet by wireless network not connect even setting and everything be same

same situation also happened with our friends , intially all laptops will connected with internet even am also checked and connected our both laptop but now one laptop connected with internet but another not??????

can u plzz teelll meee is it there any fault or admin will do some security on some machiness for unaccess the internet....
even lecturer will use internet in our own laptop in front of us but it will not connected in some one laptop



so what the possible condition's apply by the admin...

so can i change the settings n information or any alternate that am use that network or connect with this network.............
