anilgahlyan 		you can just open smps fan and give some oil in smps motor.

Rohit 		Hi

The same problem happened with me last year, this is basically the sound of the worn out cooling fan which is fitter in the System Main Power Suppy Unit (SMPS), so if you can change or get the fan changed, the problem will be solved. If you can't get the fan changed, get a new SMPS.
