problem in dual boot with XP and Linux

i have a linux and xp in my pc but when i want to remove my xp from dual mode then i insert a boot cd but linux grub dont give me permission of boot xp my xp cd not booted on the my pc,why it happens?

manoj 		linux boot loader have the booting files of xp....
so first remove linux
